Our Company
Thirteen Years of Consistent Facility Delivery
Naro Facility Management was established in Dubai in 2013, initially providing cleaning and housekeeping services to a single commercial tower in Deira. The company expanded through contract renewals rather than acquisition, investing in supervisory capacity ahead of commercial expansion.
Today Naro manages more than 190 sites across the seven emirates, employing over 480 staff on its own payroll. Service delivery covers security, cleaning and housekeeping, MEP maintenance, pest control, landscaping, manpower supply and fully integrated facility management contracts.

How We Operate
Documentation
Attendance records, job cards, PPM schedules and incident logs are maintained continuously and issued to clients monthly.
Escalation
Service risks are reported to the client proactively. Escalation routes and response times are defined in every contract.
Compliance
Operations are aligned with SIRA requirements, DEWA standards, Dubai Municipality regulations and internal HSE procedures.
Sustainability
Eco-certified cleaning chemicals, water conservation methods and energy-aware maintenance practices are applied as standard.
