1. Scope & Coverage Area
Naro Facility Management LLC ("Naro") operates across all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Delivery of facility services involves the physical mobilization of trained personnel, machinery, chemicals, and equipment to client property locations.
2. Mobilization & Deployment Timelines
Service mobilization begins immediately following contract signing and site handover confirmation:
- Standard Facility Mobilization: 7 to 14 calendar days from contract execution. This period allows for site surveys, staff orientation, uniform distribution, and machinery placement.
- Security Guarding Mobilization: 5 to 10 working days, ensuring all deployed security personnel hold active SIRA licenses and site-specific emergency briefings.
- Manpower Supply Deployment: 3 to 7 working days for existing payroll staff; expedited mobilization is available for short-term cover needs.
- Emergency Dispatch: 24/7 reactive technician dispatch with an average response time of 42 minutes across Dubai metro areas.
3. Equipment & Material Delivery
All cleaning chemicals, machinery (scrubber-driers, high-pressure washers), tools, uniforms, and consumables required for contract performance are delivered directly to the client property by Naro’s logistics fleet prior to service launch. Stock levels are monitored and replenished on a weekly or monthly schedule by our site supervisors.
4. Site Handover & Inspection Protocols
Prior to official service commencement, Naro site supervisors conduct a joint site handover inspection with the client representative. An initial Condition Report and Asset Audit are created to establish baseline facility conditions.
5. Delay & Force Majeure
Where mobilization timelines are affected by delayed site access, building management permissions, or severe weather/force majeure events, Naro will notify the client immediately in writing and establish an updated deployment schedule without financial penalty to either party.
