1. Contract Cancellation Notice
Naro Facility Management LLC ("Naro") provides long-term and short-term facility management agreements. Either party may cancel or terminate an active Service Agreement by providing formal written notice as stipulated in the contract:
- Annual Facility Contracts: Requires sixty (60) days written notice prior to the intended termination date.
- Short-Term & Event Contracts: Requires fourteen (14) days written notice prior to the scheduled deployment date.
- Emergency Service Orders: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to staff dispatch are subject to a standard 1-day mobilization administrative fee.
2. Staff Replacement & Scope Modifications
If a client wishes to modify headcount, adjust service hours, or replace assigned staff members (e.g. security guards or housekeeping attendants), Naro requires a minimum of five (5) working days written notice. Replacement cover or staffing adjustments are implemented without contract cancellation fees.
3. Demobilization & Equipment Return
Upon contract completion or agreed termination:
- Naro will demobilize all on-site personnel and remove Naro-owned machinery, tools, and chemical supplies within five (5) business days.
- Any client-owned keys, access passes, control room badges, or property assets held by Naro staff will be returned to the client representative with a signed handover receipt.
- A final joint inspection will be conducted to reconcile any outstanding job cards or consumable usage records.
4. Contract Renewal & Non-Renewal
Contracts renew automatically for successive 1-year terms unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal at least 60 days prior to the expiration date. Detailed renewal terms are specified in individual client Service Agreements.
