Planned preventive maintenance delivered against a documented annual schedule, supported by a reactive desk operating 24 hours a day. Coverage includes chillers, pumps, distribution panels, drainage and associated plant.
Municipality-approved treatments applied on a fixed cycle by licensed technicians, with treatment certificates and site logs maintained current for regulatory inspection.
Soft and hard landscaping maintenance, irrigation system upkeep, external cleaning and pool care, scheduled around seasonal requirements rather than fixed billing cycles.
Trained and vetted personnel supplied on short or long term assignment. Visa processing, payroll, accommodation, transport and replacement cover remain the responsibility of Naro throughout the deployment.
